You cannot make everyone happy.
You cannot make everyone understand you.
And you don't have to.

Your identity comes from God.
So stop exhausting yourself trying to earn the love, attention, or approval of people who continually choose not to give it.
Let them go.
Not with hatred.
Not with bitterness.
But with peace.
Choose to please God instead of living for everyone's approval.
When you know who you are in Christ, you don't have to chase people to prove that you're worthy.
Stop chasing.
Start trusting God.
