Jacob and Esau were twin brothers born to Isaac and Rebekah.

Esau was the firstborn and legal heir to the family's birthright. One day, he came from the field exhausted and told Jacob to feed him. Jacob tricked him in selling his birthright in exchange of a lentil stew.

When Isaac was about to die, Jacob disguised himself as Esau. He tricked his father into giving him the blessing that was meant for Esau. Jacob fled from Esau after this.

Their story serves as a powerful reminder that forgiveness and restoration with the people around us is possible with God's help.
