📖 About This Devotional
This October 9 daily devotional, “His Search,” explores Luke 15:8 and Jesus’ parable of the lost coin. When the Pharisees criticized Jesus for welcoming sinners, He revealed a beautiful picture of God's character: a woman lighting a lamp, sweeping the house, and searching carefully until she finds what was lost.
This Christian motivation and Bible devotional highlights four powerful truths about God's search for us: He initiates the search, He uses every resource available, He perseveres until the lost is found, and He celebrates when restoration happens. Whether you feel spiritually distant or you're praying for a wayward child, family member, or friend, this message offers hope. God's love is persistent, personal, and relentless.
If you're searching for Christian encouragement, God's love, Luke 15 devotional, lost coin parable, spiritual motivation, Bible study, daily Christian devotional, or hope for someone who feels lost, this message will remind you that you are not abandoned. Your search for God is actually a response to the fact that God has been searching for you first.
You are not chasing a distant God. You are being pursued by a God who refuses to quit. Jesus wins.
