📖 DAILY DEVOTIONAL & CHRISTIAN MOTIVATION
Based on Matthew 23:37, this Christian devotional explores one of the most tender pictures of God's heart found in Scripture. Looking over Jerusalem, Jesus expressed His deep longing to gather His people together like a hen gathers her chicks under her wings. The image reveals God's desire to provide security, nurture, protection, and well-being, even for people who have repeatedly resisted His invitation to salvation. Through the story of a mother hen protecting her eggs during a powerful storm, we see a touching picture of the sacrificial care Jesus has for His children. Yet Matthew 23:37 also reveals a sobering truth: Jesus was willing to save, but the people were unwilling to come. This daily Bible devotional and Christian motivation reminds us that God is not distant or indifferent toward us. He longs for us to experience His love and rest under His care. The question is not whether Jesus is willing to receive us—the question is whether we are willing to come to Him. If you've wandered from God, resisted His voice, or feel uncertain about His love, this devotional is a beautiful reminder that Jesus is still calling you home.
🙏 Today, hear the invitation of Jesus. His arms are open, His protection is available, and His heart still longs to gather you close.
