the scan of San Guillermo Parish Church

Limang Siglo and the Architecture Department of Don Honorio Ventura State University (DHVSU) did the scan of San Guillermo Parish Church as last structure to undergo a 3D/Reality Capture Scan as part of DHVSU’s BACOLOR Edutourism Project.
The team from Limang Siglo led by Ar. Harry Legaspi and Jarred Jules Aquino (Red Aquino) did the field data collection using a combination of terrestrial scanner/LiDAR, aerial imagery and photography.
During the said activity, DHVSU’s 4th year architectural students, guided by Ar. Owen Canlas (Ow Santos Canlas), were present to observe and have introductory guidance on the process.
The main output of this will be a digital twin/representation of the shrine as well as a snapshot or as built plan based on the data collected.
DHVSU’s Architecture Department is headed by Ar. Jerone Tecson Aga. Limang Siglo’s digital capture and heritage conservation team is led by Ar. Asley Francisco.
Limang Siglo has been partnering with Universities and groups nationwide as part of its capacity building effort in training groups with latest technology and share its experience in the field of 3D/Reality Capture and Photogrammetry.
