Devotional Message:
(Ephesians 2:19)
"So now you Gentiles are no longer strangers and foreigners. You are citizens along with all of God’s holy people. You are members of God’s family."

Imagine what it feels like to be a stranger in a new place. Maybe you’ve experienced it—being in a room full of people you don’t know, or moving to a new neighborhood where everything and everyone feels unfamiliar. It’s easy to feel out of place, unsure, and disconnected. Now, think about the difference when someone warmly welcomes you in. Suddenly, that place doesn’t seem so foreign. You start to feel a sense of belonging, like you’re part of something bigger.

In Ephesians 2:19, Paul is speaking to Gentiles—those who were once considered outsiders in the Jewish faith. Before knowing Christ, they were like strangers in God’s plan. But Paul brings good news: because of what Jesus has done, they are no longer outsiders. They are now fully part of God’s family, alongside all other believers. Paul’s message is clear—no one is excluded from God’s love. No matter who we are, where we come from, or what our past looks like, we are welcomed into God’s household when we come to Him through Jesus. We’re not just guests; we are full citizens with all the rights and privileges of being in God’s family.

It’s easy to feel disconnected in today’s world. Maybe you feel like you don’t quite fit in at work, in your social circles, or even in your own family. But remember, in God’s family, you are never a stranger. You
