Three Expectations of a Leader - April 7, 2024 DD
Leadership is a position entrusted by God to someone to lead His people into the right path, and this position requires maturity in all aspects as someone who is called to lead will protect the people against harm and nurture them with discipline through the Word. Thus, a leader is expected to be strong, courageous, and someone who gains favor from the Lord.
Joshua 1:16-18 NIV
Then they answered Joshua, “Whatever you have commanded us we will do, and wherever you send us we will go. Just as we fully obeyed Moses, so we will obey you. Only may the Lord your God be with you as he was with Moses. Whoever rebels against your word and does not obey it, whatever you may command them, will be put to death. Only be strong and courageous!”
