Important Points to Remember:
1. Tithing is the key to Financial Freedom
Read Malachi 3:8-9
A. The act of claiming ownership over someone else’s property is known as robbing.
B. When we don’t tithe we rob God by claiming ownership over what is rightfully His.
C. Consequently it escorts the curse of poverty into our lives. Whereas starting tithing again is the only way to break the curse.

2. Tithing is the key to support God’s House
Read Malachi 3:10
A. In tithing we support those who serve in God’s house. This is the main purpose of the tithe ordained by God himself.
B. In the OT the tithe served a 3fold purpose. Sacrificial purposes, the domestic needs of the Levites, and for whatever emergencies faced.
C. Our tithes helps to improve the ministries of the local church, supports the pastor, workers, and their families, and provides for emergencies.
3. Tithing is the key to Heavenly Blessings
Read Malachi 3:10b
A. In Tithing we operate a spiritual law that works like the law of gravity. It has to work.
B. We don’t have to ask God or even pray for blessing after we tithe. The tithe unlocks the blessings. The bible say’s test me and try Me now in this,” Says the LORD of hosts, “If I will not open for you the windows of heaven and pour out for you such blessing that there will not be room enough to receive it.
4. Tithing is the key to Financial Security
Read Malachi 3:11-12
A. Tithing triggers Supernatural provision and providence over our earnings. It’s the best insurance plan you can have in life.
B. What sort of protection: Protection from enemies, natural disasters, inflation, etc. The Bible say’s “And I will rebuke the devourer for your sakes, So that he will not destroy the fruit of your ground”. There is financial security if we give our Tithes to the Lord.
C. In failing to tithe the opposite becomes true because God doesn’t protect anything, not His.
