What is the most excellent way to use your spiritual gifts?

1 Corinthians 12:31; says that we should eagerly desire the spiritual gifts from the Lord, and use it in the most excellent way. Every believer has received one or more spiritual gifts, and it is expressed on the succeeding verses that it is the most excellent way to use these gifts with love, or else it is nothing in the eyes of the Lord.
