You cared about them.

And now you're carrying anger, sadness, and disappointment...

Wondering how you could ever move forward.

But God sees your pain.

He doesn't ask you to pretend that it didn't hurt.

Healing takes time.

And forgiveness doesn't mean saying that what happened was okay.

It means choosing not to let bitterness control your heart.

📖 Ephesians 4:31–32 (KJV)

"Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger... be put away from you... And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you."

You can acknowledge the pain and still choose forgiveness.

You can set healthy boundaries and still have a heart that refuses to be consumed by bitterness.

You can hurt...

And still heal.

Bring your pain to God.

Let Him work on your heart, one day at a time.

Healing and forgiveness can coexist with pain.

Let God lead you through both. 🙏
