But remember: **God understands the prayers you can't put into words.**
**Romans 8:26 (KJV):**
“Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought.”
God understands the tears you can't explain.
He knows the pain behind your silence.
You don't need perfect words to come before God. Sometimes your prayer can simply be, “Lord, help me.”
Sometimes it's a whisper. Sometimes it's tears. And sometimes, you may not be able to say anything at all.
But God knows.
So don't stay away from God because you don't know what to say. Come to Him anyway. Sit in His presence. Open your heart and let Him meet you in the silence.
When you don't have the words to pray, remember that **God already knows what you're carrying, and His Spirit helps us in our weakness.**
You don't have to know exactly what to say.
**Just come to Him. He is listening.**
