Sometimes, you're so busy holding everyone else together that you forget you're tired too.
**Psalm 55:22 (KJV):**
“Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.”
You don't have to carry every burden alone.
Give God your worries. Give Him your responsibilities. Give Him your fears, your unanswered prayers, and the things that have become too heavy for you.
You can care for others without carrying everything for them.
And when your strength runs out, remember this: **God's strength does not.**
