"God loves His children the same. He does not show any favoritism to them." While quarrels and arguments are inevitable, jealousy and envy poison the soul. Today, as Pastor Sumrall teaches us from James 4:1-2, we Christians should rejoice with the achievements of those around us and remember that we have a generous Father who blesses richly and abundantly.

What causes fights and quarrels among you? Don't they come from your desires that battle within you? You desire but do not have, so you kill. You covet but you cannot get what you want, so you quarrel and fight. You do not have because you do not ask God.
