Guill and Rose were a happily married couple back in the Philippines. Gillian, their daughter, remembers how she enjoyed cooking with her mom. But when they settled abroad, Guillen seldom experienced having both her parents dine with her. She barely spoke with her mom, who goes to work early and goes home late. Guill has been very apologetic to Guillen, who in turn has tried to understand how her mom devotes time to working hard for her future.
Rose's hardships at work to provide a comfortable life for her family were rendered insignificant when she discovered Guill was cheating on her. Rose saw Guill celebrating his birthday with his mistress during his birthday celebration. Rose then made the decision to leave Guill and bring Guillen with her.

Guill realized his mistakes He then apologized to Rose and asked for a second chance. Guill tried to win her back several times. Until one day, Guill did not show up in front of Rose’s house to ask for her forgiveness. Rose was surprised when Guillen called to tell her that Guill had been taken to the hospital.
This situation compelled Rose to forgive Guill and take good care of him. Guill was thankful to Rose for her efforts and further asked for forgiveness. Rose likewise apologized to Guil for her shortcomings because of her job and promised to make it up for Guill and Guillen.
