"Works of Mercy in the World Today"

On his speech at the 5th Asian Apostolic Congress on Mercy at Cebu, Fr. Bonaventure Valles recalls the founding of the religious community, "Franciscans of the Divine Mercy", and their basis on the spiritual life of St. Faustina Kowalska, the difficulty of the Church towards secularization and modern distractions, and the importance of the Divine Mercy devotion to convert and save souls.
