TOPIC: HOW DOES JESUS WANT ME TO DO MY MISSION?

First Reading: Hebrews 12: 18-19, 21-24
Responsorial Psalm: Psalms 48: 2-3ab, 3cd-4, 9, 10-11
Alleluia: Mark 1: 15
Gospel: Mark 6: 7-13

Jesus sent His disciples to the world by twos. Whether we are responding to carry out Jesus’ mission or pursuing a personal mission in life, He instructs us to leave behind temporal things and to place only what is necessary in our minds and hearts. Our work in both areas is to reconcile people to God, and we can be misled by how we carry ourselves in doing the work.

This is the 1748th installment of our CFC contemplation series focusing on the daily liturgical readings.

[NOTE: Let us listen to our brother Robert Ardiente, CFC Servants of the Lord Coordinator for Southeast Asia, as he brings us today's reflection.

All the regular reflections are between 3-7 minutes long, enough time for us to ponder what God's message is for us individually and to pray that we may live them out in our lives. This video is also available on Couples for Christ’s Facebook page. In You Tube, just type ONLY BY GRACE REFLECTIONS]
