Topic: Do I know the voice of the Shepherd? (12 May 2025 - Only By Grace Reflections)

When God speaks, do you hear Him? Is He the one guiding you through your day? God is speaking, but recognizing His voice takes time, practice, and relationship. We only know someone’s voice when we’ve spent time listening to it.

God has already spoken so much to us through the Bible. The more we read it, the more we get used to the tone, the truth, the love behind His words. And sometimes, His voice shows up as a quiet peace like when you’re praying about a decision and suddenly, you just know in your heart what the right move is.

That kind of clarity doesn’t come from rushing through life. It comes from spending intentional, quiet time with Him, daily. Listening, praying, journaling, waiting. And over time, it gets clearer. You start to recognize even His subtle nudges.
