Set a Fire - Jesus Culture (cover) by Sha

Hi , this is my confession.
These past few months, Isolation gave me a huge impact , perhaps a burden. I felt empty, lazy and useless as a minister. And for me to escape, I just want to be gone for awhile and be in a place where my existence is not really significant, a place where people won't expect even a little from me.
It was my dry season, and I never felt the fire. I was scared that God will vomit me for being lukewarm. When this New system makes me less as a servant, I honestly felt nothing. My life turned out to be meaningless.
Yet isolation drove me to a realization, "nothingness' is a beautiful manifestation of Submission.
When God stripped everything else in my life away and it was just me and HIm.
When there's nothing I can offer to God, it's only my surrender.
And when I turned to Him, from being broken down , He stripped away all the negative things.
He brought me to repentance and freedom.
He taught me to let go what needs to let go.
I finally realized and discern some of His hidden desires that He planted in my heart.
He re-aligned my heart, redirect my focus, and lead me to a new revelation.
Now I see who God is and the more I'm becoming less the more I know Him, and the more I love Him for Who He is and just want to be like Him.
I'm desperate, I want more of His Character, more of His presence and more of His Spirit.
In my Isolation room, there's no place I would rather be, but only at His place.
My Friends, In our Dry season, may we ask God for more FIRE and SPIRIT. God use this entire isolation to draw us closer to Him, to refine and mold us, strip away what isn't needed, and largely to shape us into who we need to be.
God will set a fire within us when we allow His HOLY SPIRIT to enter in without restriction and reservation. Letting Go of fear, Surrendering, yielding and trusting Him.
