Daily Devotions: Pleasing to God - September 13, 2024
Many leaders, especially in ministry, feel pressured to please people, driven by surveys and trends. But the Apostle Paul was different. In Galatians 1:10, Paul boldly declares, "Obviously, I’m not trying to win the approval of people, but of God." He wasn't concerned with being a people-pleaser, but with being a servant of Christ.
In this video, we explore Paul's powerful message for pastors, leaders, and Christians alike. Our goal shouldn't be to cater to people's preferences but to seek God's approval. While we shouldn't be mean-spirited, our primary focus should always be: Is what I’m doing pleasing to God?
Trying to please people will only frustrate you, but pleasing God will bring true impact and transformation. Watch the full video now for more leadership lessons from Galatians.
