The Gospel of Mark urges us to focus our hearts on God. We must prioritize growing our relationship with Christ everyday. This Gospel also wants to remind us that we should work more on what is inside us, especially our hearts, because when we align our hearts with God, our good deeds will become more natural. Whatever goodness we'll possess by following and loving God can outweigh any religious practices that we do for Him.
