Here are the highlights of the 100-day countdown to the 2021 Quincentennial Commemorations in the Philippines held at the Liberty Shrine, Mactan, Lapu-Lapu City on 17 January 2021. Part of the program is the declaration of the shrine as a site of the permanent display of the Philippine Flag. This, by virtue of the National Historical Commission of the Philippines Board Resolution No. 10, s. 2020.
