This conference is in commemoration of the 100th Birth Anniversary of William Henry Scott and is a collaboration between the National Historical Commission of the Philippines and the University of the Philippines Baguio, as part of the 2021 Quincentennial Commemorations in the Philippines, the 54th Anniversary of ASEAN, and in observance of the Year of the Filipino Pre-Colonial Ancestors.
