Absolutely—it matters more than most people realize. The people closest to you will shape your values, influence your choices, and even impact your relationship with Yahweh. The Bible is clear: “Do not be deceived: Evil company corrupts good habits” (1 Corinthians 15:33, NKJV).
You may think you’re strong enough to resist bad influences, but over time, your friends will either build you up—or pull you down. Proverbs 13:20 (NKJV) warns, “He who walks with wise men will be wise, but the companion of fools will be destroyed.”
The truth is, your inner circle reveals the direction of your life. If you want to grow in faith, peace, and purpose, surround yourself with people who are chasing after Yahweh, not running from Him. Choose wisely—because the people you let into your life will either lead you closer to Yahshua or away from Him.
