'Ghostface' character slows down Atlanta traffic

Drivers in Atlanta got a big scare on their Halloween evening commute due to Ghostface. A person dressed in a Ghostface killer costume from the movie "Scream" was seen on the interstate on top of a black car holding a knife. This rare sight slowed down traffic in the area.
