The most basic of mankind's obligation to God is WORSHIP. God is seated on His throne, continually waiting for people to give Him the GLORY that is due to Him. But as He waits on people to worship Him, only "trickles" of it come, and He “shakes His head”, knowing that the worship that should be offered to Him has been hindered again.
