Infanta fishermen seek justice after fatal ramming incident

Calls for justice after a suspected Marshall Islands-registered vessel rammed a Filipino fishing boat killing three fishermen. The incident took place off Bajo de Masinloc on October 2 while the Filipinos' watercraft was moored to an anchored fish float.
