Invisalign or Braces? (Sharing my toothbrush secrets!) | Rica Peralejo - Bonifacio
No more braces and shifted na to aligners! I document this on the vlog and also asked my pretty dentist Dra @esstan some questions regarding the differences between those two methods and if they are more pampaganda purposes or genuinely for improving oral health! 🦷 So this vlog is a tour of my mouth and @elevatedental_bgc na super nice din 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 kakaiba din talaga ako magpatour ano. Ref tour, washing machine tour, mouth tour 😂😂😂 Enjoy the vlog!
