HOW IS IT EASY TO DETERMINE THE TRUE CHURCH ESTABLISHED BY CHRIST?

Since the Bible did not mention the official name (i.e. Proper name) of the one Church founded by Christ in 33AD, the easiest way to determine it is through History or history books. Because not all truths are written in the Bible, some truths are written in history books. History books are books that record the events of the past. Almost all of events from the time of Christ until now have been recorded by historians. The Bible even commanded us to read history book, according to Job 8:8 it said "Read the history book and see" (The Living Bible). It is clear here that the Bible itself urged us to read the History book. It didn't say "read the Bible alone and see". In fact, we can read that the Bible itself mentioned history books that are not among the books in the Bible. For example, the "Book of the Wars of the Lord" that we can read in Numbers 21:14. The "Book of Acts of Solomon" that can be read in 1king 11:41. The "Book of Jasher" that can be read in 2 Sam 1:18. The "Book of Nathan the Prophet" that can be read in 2 Chr 9:29. And there are many other history books that are not part of the Bible but can be read in the Bible.

First, Christ founded only ONE CHURCH in 33AD. We can read that in Matthew 16:18, on which Christ had said "You are Peter (which means Rock), and upon this Rock I will build my CHURCH". It was clearly stated that the Church, not churches. And it was stated there that the gates of hell shall not prevail against it. Here, Christ really made it sure that the church he established will not be destroyed or disappeared, hence, he said that the gates of hell shall not prevail against his Church. Because his Church is worthless if it disappears.

Now, let's go the history books if what Church had existed during the time of Christ and it continues until today without interruption.

First, according to The New Book of Knowledge, Page 287, this is what was stated:
“Roman Catholic Church –the history of the Roman Catholic Church begun in an upper room in Jerusalem almost 2,000 years ago. About 120 persons were gathered there. The Church may be described as the society that Jesus founded, which is vitalized by the Spirit of God and organized to a structure which he establish. The history of Roman Catholic Church traces the destinies of that society from its beginning until now."
.
The World Almanac and Book of Facts, Edition 2009, Page 688 :
“Roman Catholics –founded by Jesus who named St. Peter the 1st vicar, developed in early Christian proselytizing, especially after the conversion of imperial Rome in the 4th century."
.
International Encyclopedia, Volume 20, Page 520 :
“Roman Catholic Church - There are two equally valid definition of the Catholic Church, comparable to the twofold nature of Jesus Christ, its founder, who was both human and divine."

Young Students Encyclopedia, Volume 17, Page 261 :
“Roman Catholicism - the largest of the Christian denomination is the Roman Catholic Church. As an institution it has existed since the 1st century AD. For the first 1,000 years all Christians belongs to Catholic Church”
.
Compton’s Encyclopedia & Fact-Index, Volume 20, Page 2024 :
“Roman Catholic Church - For the first thousand years after the death of Jesus Christ, all Christians were members of one religion – Christianity. There were no separate sects, or branches, of Christianity as there are today. The word “catholic” means “universal,” and for those first thousand years, all Christians were members of the Catholic Church."
.
Grolier Encyclopedia of Knowledge, Volume V, page 106 :
“Catholic Church - (Gr. Katholikos, universal, general). Term generally applied to the Divine society founded by Jesus Christ, and endowed by the outpouring of the Holy Ghost on the day of Pentecost"
.
The New American Desk Encyclopedia, Page 267 :
"Catholic Church - the community of Christian believers, a society founded by Jesus Christ. It is One, Holy, Catholic & Apostolic."

Therefore, it is totally credible and no one can deny that the Church founded by Christ in 33AD is none other than the Catholic Church. Because of history books we will know the founders of every sects or cults. That's why non-Catholic sects are afraid of history books because the names of their founders are there. It is nice to hear what a former protestant named John Henry Newman had said:

TO BE DEEP IN HISTORY IS TO CEASE TO BE PROTESTANT."
- J.H. NEWMAN.

It is nicely said by John Henry Newman, because if you deepen your knowledge of history, it will lead to you to the truth that the founder of the Catholic Church is Christ.

Thus, if you know more about history and the Bible, you will become more Catholic. Because the history of Christianity is the history of the Catholic Church.
