PNP: 2 dead due to stray bullet, firecrackers amid New Year revelry

The Philippine National Police reports two of our kababayans died this New Year's day. One died from a stray bullet, while the other was killed by firecrackers. Health officials also report over 230 firecracker-related injuries as of early Monday morning.
