Quiapo Church to be declared a “National Shrine”

Starting Jan. 29, the Quiapo Church, also known as the Minor Basilica of the Black Nazarene, will officially be declared a “National Shrine”. Its rector shares what this means for its parishioners as well as to the devotees of the miraculous Black Nazarene.
