The Filipino Flag Rises... Alone | 75th Anniversary of the Third Philippine Republic

This 4th of July 2021, the Filipino nation commemorates the 75th anniversary of the recognition of Philippine Independence and the inauguration of the Third Philippine Republic.

Giving life to the reminiscences of the Public Relations Office (forerunner of the Presidential Communications Operations Office or PCOO) on the said inauguration, the National Quincentennial Committee (NQC) presents a mini-documentary entitled, ‘The Filipino Flag Rises…Alone’.
