On Monday, Senator Raffy Tulfo questioned why certain lottery winners from the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office (PCSO) who won multiple times in the previous year failed to produce their Tax Identification Numbers (TINs). He added, that the agency's records revealed inconsistencies in the lottery's winners.
