Today's Devotion:
365 Daily Devotions: Seminary Edition
💁🏻 Concept: Dying with Christ
This concept describes the believer’s break from their old life of sin through union with Christ by faith. Just as Christ died and rose again, we die to our sinful nature and are raised to a new life in Him. This truth reminds us that transformation is not about self-improvement but about surrendering our lives to Christ.
📖 Bible Readings: Romans 6:6-8
(2 Corinthians 5:17; Ephesians 4:22-24; Galatians 5:24; Romans 6:6; Colossians 3:5; Romans 8:13, 13:14; Galatians 2:20, 5:16-17; 2 Corinthians 5:15; 1 Peter 2:24; Colossians 2:2-3, 3:3; Luke 9:23-24)

🎙Discussion:
What does it mean for you to “die with Christ” daily?
🙏🏼 Prayer:
Heavenly Father, thank You for the gift of new life in Christ. I surrender my old self to You, knowing that I am no longer a slave to sin. Help me to walk in the power of His resurrection, leaving behind the things that hold me back. When I struggle, remind me that I am no longer defined by my past but by Your grace. Give me the strength to take up my cross daily and follow You with faith and obedience. Let my life reflect Your glory as I live in the freedom You have given me. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
