Does God ONLY Help Those Who Help Themselves
"God helps those who help themselves." It's a phrase often mistaken as scripture, but it's not biblical. While the idea of taking initiative is valuable, this saying misses a profound truth about God’s grace.
God doesn't wait for us to have it all together before stepping into our lives. In fact, the Bible is filled with stories of people who couldn't help themselves—think of the Israelites trapped at the Red Sea or Peter sinking beneath the waves.
