💁🏻 Concept: Apostle 
A recognized office of the early church. Apostles are in several ways the New Testament counterpart to the Old Testament prophet and as such had the authority to write words of Scripture. 
 

📖 Bible Readings: Ephesians 2:19-20
(Acts 1:21-22, 1 Corinthians 9:1, Galatians 1:1; Luke 24:27,44)


👨🏻‍💻 Teachings:
1. There are no more Apostolic office today.
2. The Apostles’ and Prophets’ teachings are the foundation of the church.
3. The Apostles are witnesses of Christ.  


💪🏼 Applications:
1. Embrace the apostolic function of being sent ones. 
2. Connect people to the Savior Jesus Christ.
3. Work toward transformation under the authority of Christ.

🙏🏼 Prayer:
Heavenly Father, thank You for calling me as one of Your sent ones. I know You have a purpose for my life, and I want to fulfill it. Help me to be obedient to Your will and faithful in all that You ask of me. Strengthen my heart to trust You, even when the path feels uncertain. Lord, I ask for wisdom and courage to share Your love with my family and friends. Open their hearts to hear Your truth, and use me to show them the hope found in You. Let my life reflect Your grace and goodness. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
