Our Lady of Peace & Good Voyage: Patroness of the PCG Ecumenical Chaplain Service

Special guests from the Philippine Coast Guard:
Rev. Fr. Commander Lowie A. Palines. Fr. Lowie is the Chief Chaplain of the Philippine Coast Guard and a priest of the Military Ordinariate of the Philippines since 2007.
Rev. Fr. Kim C. Margallo, a clergy member of the Archdiocese of Palo, is now a priest on loan to the Military Ordinariate of the Philippines. He is currently an applicant for priest chaplain of the PCG Ecumenical Chaplain Service.
