WEA shares examples of Evangelicals engaging in multi-faith dialogue, combating hate speech

The World Evangelical Alliance shared examples of Evangelicals around the world seeking relationships that foster mutual understanding and empathy among religious communities and prevent hateful speech. The WEA further highlights challenges faced by Evangelical communities such as laws and regulations that undermine the right to freedom of religion or belief.

The oral statement was made at the Human Rights Council 55th session, during the Interactive dialogue with the Special Rapporteur on freedom of religion or belief, on 5-6 March 2024.
