WEA Statement at the Human Rights Council Panel on Countering Religious Hatred

The World Evangelical Alliance appealed to States and religious communities to pursue and strengthen national and international multi-faith forums in order to counter hate speech while upholding freedom of religion or belief and freedom of opinion and expression.

The oral statement was made at the Human Rights Council 55th session, during the Panel discussion on countering religious hatred constituting incitement to discrimination, hostility or violence, on 8 March 2024.
