What should you do when the gospel isn't as exciting anymore?

It's no longer surprising to hear that in Christ, by faith...
✅ I'm FREE from sin
✅ No matter what, I'm God's child
✅ I'm no longer under the law, but under grace
✅ I'm in the SPIRIT, not the flesh
✅ God has given me a new heart (with new desires)
✅ I have full intimacy with God
✅ I am fully and completely forgiven

These things are my new normal.

Initially, I wondered if that was bad. Why am I no longer being stirred up by what once rocked my world?

What I learned was that I didn't need to chase that feeling at all.

Why? Because the Spirit was still at work in my life... just now in the places that I would have previously overlooked.

So instead of chasing that old feeling... I trust that the Spirit will be faithful and continue stewarding my life in righteousness.
