Wilderness Skills and Trekking Activities in Young Leaders Camp 2023
Let me share with you some clips of our wilderness skills and trekking during the Young Leaders Camp in Eden Nature Park in Davao City.
We started our wilderness skills around 4 pm. The campers cooked their meals outdoors and ate them later. We started our trek at around 6:45 pm. From there, we walked through the forest for about three hours.

The whole experience was really exciting and exhilarating. We have trekked on muddly and slippery terrain. We crossed the river as well. The final stop was to go through two culverts. We have to crawl through one of them.
We had our wilderness and trekking activities to teach the campers how to endure hardship in life. Although life can be difficult, once we overcome the challenges, we come out stronger, wiser, and braver.
We thank our Abba Yahweh who granted us His divine protection. It was a successful night and this activity is something that the campers will never forget for the rest of their lives!
