While trying to balance her time between work and family, Sha asked permission from her strict manager to take under-time for her father’s birthday the next day. Her manager yelled at her while stating disapproval. Not only did Sha's family depend on her financially, but her co-worker as well. She always advised her co-workers to stop complaining about work and try to understand the rudeness of their manager.
One day, the manager overheard Sha and other staff talking about her unpleasant attitude. Sha explained the side of the manager who was always occupied in thinking how to increase their bookings and even stood up for them when the owner wanted to shut down the restaurant. After a late night duty, the staff started preparing to go home when the manager announced a last-minute booking. The staff started to complain, but Sha told them to endure their tiredness.
When the guests arrived, the manager welcomed them and said it was prepared by her daughter, Sha. Upon seeing her family, Sha was extremely surprised. They celebrated her father’s birthday at the restaurant. Sha expressed her overwhelming gratitude to her manager, who was enlightened when she heard Sha defending her in a positive light.
