This is the third episode in a special webinar series hosted by the De La Salle University - Dasmariñas Cavite Studies Center and the Local Historical Committees Network of the National Historical Commission of the Philippines.
For this Webinar, we are joined by Mr. Lawrence Charles Salazar of the National Commission for Culture and the Arts who will introduce NCCA Programs on Cultural Heritage; Mr. Ian Christopher Alfonso of the National Historical Commission of the Philippines who will discuss Demystifying an Unnamed Hero of 1521; Dr. Fernando Santiago Jr., Director of the De La Salle University Southeast Asia Research Center and Hub who will give us a short introduction into Oral History: Assessing the Method and Objectives; and Dr. Neil Martial Santillan, Chair of the Department of History, UP Diliman who will give an overview into The Method of Writing History.
The proceedings will be moderated by Dr. Emmanuel F. Calairo, Director of the DLSU-D Cavite Studies Center and Commissioner of the National Historical Commission of the Philippines.
