When her grandmother passed away, Ysa had to live by herself. She learned about her grandmother's death while she was at a coffee shop where she was a regular customer.

In a hurry, she left her things there. Lianna, who worked at the coffee shop, kept them until Ysa came back and became her shoulder to cry on.

As they talked, Lianna offered her place to Ysa. Lianna acted like a big sister to Ysa and supported her studies so that she didn't have to work as a student.

One day, while at the park with a colleague from a youth organization, Ysa overheard Lianna talking on the phone about working at a packaging company to support her. Ysa felt guilty and left Lianna. She wrote a letter to Lianna, expressing her gratitude for her unconditional love even though they were not blood relatives.

Years later, Ysa was working as a nurse when she was surprised to see that one of the patients to be discharged was Lianna. Ysa told Lianna that they would never be apart again.
