Song from Panay

Eleuteria Mariano, a 78-year old widow and beneficiary of CARE's food distribution in Antique Province, was so touched by CARE's project that she gave a spur of the moment song to express her gladness and gratitude. Her gesture ended up touching CARE and our partners' staff and other beneficiaries in return.
