Living in Manila comes with its struggles and challenges. Grae's recent encounter with the LTO has been an example of one of those struggles!
The Philippines LTO has long been struggling with the issuance of the drivers license cards due to a supply chain issue. As she just recently passed her theoretical and practical drivers license exam she wanted to use her non professional drivers licens abroad, but the LTO in Angeles and BGC were not able to issue a Drivers License card.
