The REAL REASON We Are SELLING The Condo!!
First off, we absolutely ADORE our condo in BGC. Every sunset over the skyline has been nothing short of magical. ✨ But sometimes, life calls for change and new adventures.

Now, one of the more intriguing questions we've gotten is: "What happens after 50 years living in a condominium?" 🤔 Well, it's a myth that condos will just vanish or you'll be evicted. The reality? Typically, the condominium corporation, with the consensus of the unit owners, decides on whether to renew the land lease, sell the property, or undergo a redevelopment.
"Is condo a good investment in the Philippines in 2023?" Ah, the million-peso question! 📈 While the past years have seen steady growth in condo value, especially in prime areas like BGC, investing is always about timing, location, and, of course, the state of both local and global economies.
And finally, "Is condo ownership lifetime?" Generally, yes! When you purchase a condo, you own the unit. But remember, ownership of the land or common areas is often shared with other unit owners. 🌆
